We currently deliver across Pakistan to serviceable addresses provided by our courier partners.
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. Remote locations may require additional time.
The applicable delivery charge is shown before an order is confirmed. Promotional free-delivery offers, when available, are displayed clearly on the site.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees. Domestic orders do not include international customs duties.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging.
Submit a return request through the Contact page with your order reference and reason for return. Client care will provide the next steps after reviewing the request.
Returned pieces must be unused, unworn and free from marks, fragrance or damage. Protective packaging and included accessories must be returned with the piece.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can review and resolve the issue.
